The 5.3-liter E-Rod V8 crate engine was supplied by GM Performance and features an aluminum block, a Griffin aluminum radiator, and a Front Runner accessory drive system sourced from Vintage Air. Maintenance completed in preparation for the sale included replacing the fuel pump.

Further additions include a Lokar shifter and parking brake lever, dashboard hardware sourced from a 1957 Corvette, and a 1957 Bel Air ignition switch. A Kenwood stereo unit is concealed under the seat, and the cab is equipped with a modern air-conditioning system sourced from Vintage Air.
