1951 Ford F1 Pickup RWD 3-speed automatic

Featured is a "Million Dollar Cab", (it cost $1 million to design and tool), which Ford proclaimed. It had "Living-Room" comfort, and it was much higher and wider than before, and better fitted. This cab features a better than factory black covered vinyl bench seat. This stretches from pristine door panel to pristine door panel also making use of the black vinyl and some exterior paint color on the metal surfaces of these doors. Upfront is an original looking restored dash which now has 2 round gauges in front of the black bakelite steering wheel. In the middle a ribbed speaker panel painted white with some chrome highlighting trim above. Just below is a train horn controller along with a first aid kit. On the passenger's side is the glovebox and below black heater box. Black colored clean carpet floods the floors and rising proudly from the center is a long gear shift lever, with a black knobbed topper, well within ergonomic reach of the driver. The headliner is black utilitarian hard thin fiberboard and is perfectly and neatly inserted above.
Under the hood a 350ci V8 engine, in orangish/red block paint and highly polished chrome all backed up to a yellow painted steel firewall. A red water pump, red oil filler tube, chrome alternator, and air cleaner cover also adorn this mill as jewelry, and it is topped with a 4-barrel Holley carburetor and red painted Edelbrock Torker intake. A TH350 3-speed automatic transmission is installed and sends power back to a Dana 44 rear axle.
