1963 Ford Galaxie 352ci Engine

5 hits ID #8244

The Paint is very vibrant, second repaint in the early 80s. Minor wear on some of the paint surfaces, but it has held up very well. All the bumper chrome is very nice. The spoked hub caps are in nice condition with no oxidation. The underside is original and shows well, with no rot. Newer exhaust. Has optional Fender skirts painted to match. Remote control drivers mirror. Overall a very sorted original body with no need for any types of repairs. Interior looks like it came off the production line, Minor wear, but overall very original. Door cards are in great shape. Passenger door chrome stickering is peeling slightly on center of inlay. Dash is in excellent shape and shows very well. Has the optional padded dash along with padded Visors. Air is cold. All gauges work as they should. Doors close solid and even. Top is in very nice shape and all metal for the top is solid and greased properly. All lights and switches work. Radio works. Runs and drives great, the carb has a small dead spot upon acceleration, we believe the accelerator pump is sticking. No Smoke or hesitation, this is an honest solid convertible. Trans shifts smooth and does not have any delay between forward and rear gears, no banging. Steering is easy and brakes are even. Cruises down the road with ease, and can easily run down the highway.
