The bumpers and all of the trim are in great shape and the LeMans Blue paint looks exceptional. The Rally II wheels look great with the redline tires. The panel gap is uniform throughout and the paint and chrome bumpers really shine in the sun. This frame-off restored beauty is a truly stunning example of a ’64 GTO. The interior is extremely clean. The carpet, seat upholstery, dashboard, and headliner are all in excellent condition. All of the gauges, switches, and buttons work properly as well as all of the exterior and interior lights. The car is also equipped with factory A/C and a pushbutton AM radio, both in working order. The 428 ci V8 with a 4 barrel is mated to a smooth 4-speed manual transmission with a Hurst shifter that gets this Goat up to speed in no time at all. The clutch, brake, and gas pedals all feel solid and responsive. This is an easy car to drive with no hesitation upon startup and no strange noises, odors, leaks, or any overheating issues whatsoever.
