1969 Plymouth Barracuda Fastback 3 Speed Automatic RWD

Description

A black interior courtesy of Legendary Auto Interiors is now in and sports a floor shift console, and a carpeted rear cargo area and trunk. The front buckets are excellent, as well as the slightly modified dash. Racing between the buckets is a factory correct black plastic console with an aluminum and chrome topper to hold the Hurst pistol grip automatic shifter. Moving forward, in place of the original 3 round pod cluster is now a custom layout in front of the driver with a bevy of white face AutoMeter gauges. The original radio location has been deleted and now down low in dash central is a modern AM/FM/CD player by Kenwood. A nice heavily padded 3 spoke rally style steering wheel is in front of this dash and looks great inside this environment. The rear bench does fold down for extra storage. A shout out to the door panels front and rear which are also new Legendary coverings. Black fade free carpet covers all floors including the trunk. New weather-stripping on the doors is noted
A consignor stated rebuilt 440ci Mopar V8 now resides where a pedestrian slant 6 once did reside. Bathed in Hemi Orange, this mill now sports an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and 4-barrel carburetor along with a billet serpentine accessory front drive. A consignor stated rebuilt A727 Torqueflite automatic is bolted to the back and sends power to a 3.54 geared 8 3/4" rear axle. The engine bay presentation is nothing short of stunning with smoothed over inner fenders in electric blue, new power steering, and soft supple hoses. I think we have a nibble on the line...
