This 1950 Studebaker Champion Regal Deluxe convertible it is powered by a rebuilt 170ci flathead inline-six paired with a Borg-Warner automatic transmission. The Champion features a 113″ wheelbase and was updated for the 1950 model year with restyled forward bodywork including a “bullet-nose” grille and protruding front fenders and headlamps. Cream-colored steel wheels are fitted with chrome trim rings and Studebaker Champion–branded hubcaps, and Firestone Deluxe Champion whitewall tires are mounted. The seats and interior panels are upholstered in mixed striped broadcloth and vinyl contrasted by red carpeting and a body-color metal dashboard. Studebaker lap belts are provided for the front passengers. Instrumentation includes a 100-mph speedometer as well as gauges for monitoring fuel level, coolant temperature, amperage, and oil pressure. 320 miles are shown on the five-digit odometer, and true mileage is unknown.
