1968 Ford Mustang GT Convertible 302CI V8

6 hits ID #9262

Power comes from a 302ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and features include a black soft top, 17″ US Mags wheels, Wilwood disc brakes, a Borgeson steering box, sequential LED taillights, hood-vent indicators, billet interior trim, an aftermarket center console, and a custom sound system with a Sony stereo, two amplifiers, five speakers, and a 10″ subwoofer in the trunk. Forged 17″ x 8″ US Mags Rambler wheels wear spinner center caps and are mounted with staggered 225/45 front and 255/40 rear Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires. The suspension is said to have been replaced, and a Borgeson steering box has been installed. Four-piston Wilwood brake calipers are paired with cross-drilled and slotted rotors front and rear. The interior features bucket seats and a rear bench that have been re-covered in black vinyl. A billet pedal set, parking-brake-release handle, and door panels have been added, while the fusebox and driver’s switchgear have been replaced. A Mustangs to Fear console assembly with brushed-aluminum trim has been fitted to complement the matching trim veneers across the dashboard. A Hurst shifter, Python alarm, and battery kill switch have also been added. The wood-rimmed steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a combination gauge, and auxiliary gauges. A clock and tachometer are mounted in the center stack, and the five-digit odometer shows 76k miles, true mileage is unknown.
